- 🥬 200g cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🌽 40g canned corn
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrot.
Place the cabbage and carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes. Let cool and drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (salt, sesame oil, chicken broth powder, and pepper). Add the cooked vegetables, tuna, and corn, then toss to combine.
