- 🥬 2 leaves (150g) cabbage
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
STEPS
Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water and cut into 5mm strips.
In a bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and ground sesame seeds.
Add the cabbage and canned tuna (including the liquid) to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
