INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves (320g) cabbage
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 100ml pasta cooking water
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide strips and slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Reserve 100ml of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add tuna and cabbage, stir until coated with oil. Add spaghetti and seasoning, including reserved pasta water, and mix well.
