  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 200g cabbage (1/6 head)
    • 🧅 3 stalks green onion

    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp water

Cut the salted salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Trim the roots of the green onions and slice them thinly.

Place the cabbage, torn into bite-sized pieces, in a microwave-safe container. Add the salmon on top and drizzle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
