INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, sake, soy sauce, sugar) in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the cabbage and potatoes for 2–3 minutes, then add the mixed seasoning and stir well. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
