Cabbage and Onion Miso Soup

    • 🥬 2 leaves (80g) cabbage
    • đź§… 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
  • Seafood

    • 1 tsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 2 tbsp miso
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400ml water

STEPS

Cut the cabbage into 1cm wide strips and 4cm lengths. Slice the onion thinly.

In a pot, add water and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add cabbage and onion, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes until softened.

Turn off the heat, dissolve miso into the soup, and add wakame. Heat over medium heat until just before boiling.
