INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage (150g)

Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- đź’§ 300 ml water
- 🥛 200 ml milk
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Slice the sausages diagonally in half.
In a pot, add the cabbage, onion, sausages, dashi powder, and water. Heat over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Add the miso and dissolve it into the soup. Then, add the milk and mix well. Heat until just before boiling.
