    • 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
    • 🥬 1/6 head (200g) cabbage
    • To taste white sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź’§ 100ml water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, miso, dashi powder, ginger, and water) in a microwave-safe container. Add the tofu and arrange it evenly. Place the cabbage on top of the tofu.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes. Stir, then cover again and let sit for 2 minutes.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
