INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, peeled and julienned
Seafood
- 🐟 20g dried sardines
Condiments
- 1 pack Korean seaweed (6 sheets)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and peel and julienne the carrot. Place them in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat for about 20 seconds, then add the dried sardines.
Add the sardines and oil mixture into the bowl with the vegetables.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, and tear the Korean seaweed into bite-sized pieces into the bowl. Mix well.
