INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seafood
- 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1 pinch of salt
Liquids
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź’§ 300cc water
STEPS
Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover with a lid, and cook for about 3 minutes until the clams open.
Uncover the pot, add water and cabbage, and bring to a boil. Add frozen udon and cook according to the package instructions. Stir in salt and cherry tomatoes, and simmer briefly.
