- 🥬 350 g red cabbage
- 🥕 250 g carrot
Seasonings

STEPS
Thinly slice the cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots using a knife.
Wash the sliced cabbage and red cabbage, drain, and mix with carrots in a large bowl. Add salt, cane sugar, and apple vinegar, then let it sit for 20 minutes.
Mix in whole grain mustard, olive oil, and pepper thoroughly. Transfer to a container and serve.
