INGREDIENTS
Wild Vegetables
- Cabbage 50g (roughly chopped)
- Bean sprouts 100g
Seasonings
- Miso 1 tablespoon
- Dashi stock 400ml
STEPS
Roughly chop the cabbage and rinse the bean sprouts. Drain the water thoroughly.
Add the dashi stock into a pot and heat over medium heat. Add the cabbage and bean sprouts.
Lower the heat and dissolve the miso paste while mixing it evenly. Be careful not to let it boil.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onions or shichimi spice as desired to complete the dish.
