    • Cabbage 50g (roughly chopped)
    • Bean sprouts 100g
  • Seasonings

    • Miso 1 tablespoon
    • Dashi stock 400ml

Roughly chop the cabbage and rinse the bean sprouts. Drain the water thoroughly.

Add the dashi stock into a pot and heat over medium heat. Add the cabbage and bean sprouts.
