  • Pasta

    • 🍝 80g spaghetti
  • Seaweed

    • 1 sheet roasted seaweed
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • Condiments

    • 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt

Slice the garlic thinly.

Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.

Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, turn off the heat and add soy sauce. Tear the roasted seaweed into pieces and add it along with the reserved pasta water.

Turn the heat back on and add the spaghetti to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat.

Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt.
