    • 🎃 200g of pumpkin, sliced into 5mm pieces

    • 🧈 20g of salted butter

    • 1 tbsp of ponzu sauce

Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then slice it into 5mm thick pieces. Place the slices in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the water and return the pumpkin to the container.

While the pumpkin is still hot, add the butter and mix until melted. Then, add the ponzu sauce and stir until well combined.
