- 🐟 4 slices buri fillet (400g)
Flour
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Lightly coat the buri fillets with all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the buri fillets until golden brown on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the buri fillets and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
