    • 🥩 200g bulgogi beef

    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Marinate the minced beef with soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper for 20 minutes.

Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked and dry. Mix the cooked beef with the rice in a bowl and let it cool slightly.

Lay a sheet of seaweed on a flat surface. Add a layer of bulgogi rice, followed by perilla leaves and cheese slices. Roll tightly into gimbap.
