- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
- 🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 🐔 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 🧀 1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 cups potato tots
STEPS
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Fold in shredded chicken and 3/4 cup Cheddar until evenly coated in the mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Evenly top the mixture with potato tots.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes until potato tots are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese over the top, and return to oven for another 5 minutes to melt.
Garnish with scallions before serving.
