    • Pinch of pepper
    • 💧 50ml water

Cut Brussels sprouts in half. Dice onion into 1.5cm cubes. Mince garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add Brussels sprouts, onion, and mixed seafood. Stir-fry over medium heat until coated in oil.

Add canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
