  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 A pinch of coarse salt
    • 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar

Cut the broccoli into pieces and blanch in boiling water with a pinch of coarse salt for about 15 seconds. Immediately transfer to cold water to cool, then drain and remove excess water.

Boil the tofu in water for about 3 minutes, then wrap it in a cloth to squeeze out excess water or mash it.

In a bowl, combine the tofu and broccoli. Add 1/4 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/3 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well until evenly coated.

Refrigerate the salad and serve cold for a refreshing taste. Optionally, adjust the ratio of tofu to broccoli based on preference.
