- 1 cup perilla powder
- 1 cup kelp water
- 1 tbsp perilla oil

- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
STEPS
Separate broccoli florets from the stem and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp salt for 30 seconds on high heat.
Rinse the broccoli in cold water 2-3 times and drain thoroughly.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp perilla oil and sauté the thinly sliced onion on medium heat for 1 minute until translucent.
Add broccoli, perilla powder, fish sauce, minced garlic, and kelp water to the pan. Stir-fry on medium heat for 10 minutes until the broccoli softens and the sauce is absorbed.
