STEPS
Soak the broccoli upside down in vinegar water, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Boil water with a pinch of salt, blanch the broccoli, and rinse in cold water.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, and stir-fry the shrimp until cooked. Add the broccoli.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp cooking wine. Stir-fry until well combined. Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds and serve.
