INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 12 cooked shrimp
- 🥦 1 cup broccoli florets
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Separate broccoli into florets.
Defrost cooked shrimp in cold water for 5–10 minutes.
Sprinkle salt on broccoli, pour boiling water over it, then rinse with cold water.
Drain broccoli and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Pat dry the defrosted shrimp with a kitchen towel.
Heat 1 tsp cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1 tsp minced garlic.
Add mayonnaise, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and pepper. Mix well on low heat.
Add shrimp and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry quickly on high heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
