    • 🥛 250ml milk
  • Seasoning

    • A dash of pepper

    • 150ml clam juice + water

Cut the broccoli into small pieces and roughly chop the onion.

Heat butter in a pot, add onion, broccoli, and canned clams, and sauté over low heat.

When the onion becomes translucent, add the clam juice and water mixture, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Mash the broccoli, then add milk, salt, and pepper, and warm through.
