    • 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g)
  • Seaweed

    • 1 tsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 2 tbsp miso paste
    • 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400ml water

STEPS

Cut broccoli into small florets and trim the stem, peeling it thickly and slicing diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add broccoli and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until tender.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Add wakame and ground sesame, mix well, and heat over medium until it comes to a boil.
