INGREDIENTS

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Cut broccoli into small florets and trim the tough parts of the stem. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.
Julienne the carrot. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and massage gently. Let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and ground sesame. Add the broccoli, carrot, tuna, and corn, then toss to combine.
