INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillet
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
STEPS
Cut swordfish into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Cut broccoli into small florets and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Slice carrot into thin half-moon shapes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook swordfish until browned on both sides.
Push swordfish to the side of the pan, add carrot and broccoli, stir briefly, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Add seasoning ingredients and stir to combine.
