Remove the vein from peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Place shrimp in another microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp cooking sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.

Combine broccoli, shrimp, and all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss well to mix.
