- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the broccoli into small florets and trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Place the shimeji mushrooms and broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil). Add the microwaved vegetables and toss to combine.
