INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli, chopped
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- As needed cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Cut salmon into 4 pieces and coat with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook salmon on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Add broccoli and sake, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add corn and sauce mixture to the pan, stir-fry on medium heat.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice.
