    • 🥦 1/2 head (125g) broccoli
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Separate broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem thickly and slice thinly. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

Shred the salad chicken into thin strips by hand.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil). Add the broccoli and salad chicken, then mix well.
