Cut the broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Slice the stem into bite-sized pieces. Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Cut the pumpkin into small bite-sized pieces. Place it in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, miso, mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and milk). Add the cooked broccoli and pumpkin, and toss until evenly coated.
