INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 75g red bell pepper
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut broccoli into small florets. Remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add broccoli and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, black vinegar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
