INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 150g broccoli florets
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
STEPS
Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage it into the meat.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and grated cheese) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add pork and garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add broccoli and yellow bell pepper, stir-fry briefly, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Add the sauce and stir-fry to combine.
