INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥦 6 florets (60g) broccoli
Spices
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt

- 150cc olive oil
STEPS
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the mackerel can and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add broccoli, mix, and cook briefly.
