STEPS
Cut hanpen into 2cm cubes.
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Slice open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Combine mentaiko, hanpen, and broccoli in a bowl and mix well.
