    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
    • 🥦 125g broccoli, chopped
    • 20g vermicelli
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź’§ 400ml water
  • Garnish

    • Pinch of white sesame seeds

STEPS

Cut broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Slice the stem thinly. Cut vermicelli into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.

In a pot, add water and seasoning ingredients. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add broccoli and vermicelli, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Increase heat to medium and slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently. Once the egg is set, turn off the heat and add sesame oil.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
