INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Seasoning

- sufficient amount of cornstarch
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
Oil & Aromatics
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 red chili

- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
STEPS
Cut broccoli into small florets and bell pepper into six equal pieces.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with a pinch of salt, and coat with cornstarch.
Mince garlic and slice red chili into small pieces after removing seeds.
Steam broccoli in a pan with 3 tbsp water for 1 minute, then drain.
Wipe the pan clean, heat sesame oil, and stir-fry chicken for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add bell pepper, garlic, and red chili to the pan and stir-fry together.
Return broccoli to the pan, add sake, salt, and sugar, and stir-fry until well combined.
