Separate the broccoli into small florets. Peel and thinly slice the stem. Place the broccoli and 1 tbsp water in another microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain excess water.

Combine the broccoli, shredded chicken, kimchi, and the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, white sesame seeds) in a bowl and mix well.
