STEPS
Add broccoli and water to a frying pan, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat until boiling. Steam for 1–2 minutes, then drain the water.
Heat salad oil in the frying pan, add canned mackerel, and stir-fry over medium heat while breaking it apart. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
