Remove the beans from the broad bean pods and separate broccoli into small florets.

Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp salt, and blanch the broccoli and broad beans for about 1 minute. Peel the broad beans once cooled.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic and red chili, and cook until fragrant. Then add bacon, broad beans, and broccoli, and stir-fry over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
