  • Baking Mix

    • 150g pancake mix
  • Protein

    • 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Vegetables

    • 🌽 2 tbsp corn
  • Dairy

    • 🧀 3 pieces baby cheese
    • 🥛 100cc milk
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Topping

    • Mayonnaise as needed

STEPS

Cut 1 piece of baby cheese into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix cheese, tuna, corn, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper.

Add an egg to the bowl and mix, then add milk and mix again.

Add pancake mix to the bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into muffin molds, filling them up to 70%. Top with tuna mayo and a drizzle of mayonnaise.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
