    • 4 tbsp cooking oil
    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

    • 5 tbsp soy sauce

    • 2 tbsp corn syrup or oligosaccharide
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic

Prepare all ingredients and mix the seasoning (soy sauce, water, corn syrup, and garlic) in advance.

Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes. If the potatoes are too large to cook evenly, add half a cup of water and cover the pan to cook on low heat.

Once the potatoes are tender (test with a chopstick), add the pre-mixed seasoning and simmer on low heat while stirring until the sauce is almost fully absorbed.
