- Mirin 2 tablespoons
- Water 500ml
STEPS
Put pork in a pot and lightly brown the surface.
Add onion, potatoes, and water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
After boiling, remove scum and add seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, mirin).
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Uncover the pot and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until thickened, then finish.
