- 🍗 5 pieces chicken tenderloin
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic, halved
Seasoning
- đź’§ 200ml water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp xylitol sugar
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
STEPS
Slice chicken tenderloin into thick pieces and cut green onion into 1cm slices. Halve the garlic cloves.
In a deep pan, mix 200ml water, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp xylitol sugar, 2 tbsp cooking wine, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.
Add chicken tenderloin to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add sliced green onion and halved garlic cloves to the pan.
Simmer on medium heat until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Lower the heat to a gentle simmer and add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic. Stir well and cook until the sauce is fully absorbed.
