Braised Chicken and Potatoes

  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 Potatoes 2 pieces (cut into chunks)
  • Meat

    • 🍗 Chicken thigh 200g
  • Seasonings

    • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 tbsp
    • Mirin 1 tbsp
    • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

STEPS

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken.

Once the chicken is halfway cooked, add the potatoes and sauté lightly.

Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and 100ml of water to the pot. Cover it and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

When the sauce has reduced and coated the ingredients, turn off the heat. It's ready to serve.
