- 500g beef shank

Seasoning

- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Vegetables

Soup Base
- 1 liter water
STEPS
Cut the beef shank into pieces, blanch, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry chopped scallions and ginger slices, then add tomato and stir-fry until juicy.
Add beef pieces, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper. Stir evenly, then add water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for an hour until the beef is tender and flavorful.
Cook noodles in another pot, place them into a bowl, add the braised beef soup and beef to complete.
