    • 🌰 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    • 🥓 2 ounces prosciutto
  • Garnish (optional)

    • 🍯 Drizzle of honey
    • 🌿 Fresh parsley

STEPS

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place Boursin cheese in a bowl and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.

Reserve a small amount of almonds and prosciutto for garnish. Mix the rest of the almonds and prosciutto into the softened Boursin cheese.

Make a slit in each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Gently open each date and fill with the Boursin mixture using a small melon baller or spoon. Place the filled dates on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the oven until hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Drizzle the baked dates with honey and garnish with reserved almonds, prosciutto, and fresh parsley.
