    • 30g sweet pickled ginger

    • 🥚 120g Japanese rolled omelet

    • 🐟 60g tuna sashimi
    • 🐟 60g salmon sashimi
    • 🍤 50g peeled shrimp
    • 🦪 50g scallops
    • 40g soy-marinated salmon roe
  • Decoration

Mix cooked rice with chirashi sushi mix in a bowl to make seasoned sushi rice.

Prepare avocado by slicing it in half, removing the pit, peeling, and cutting into 2cm cubes. Cut rolled omelet into 1cm thick slices and use a flower-shaped cutter for decoration. Slice pickled ginger thinly at an angle.

Cut tuna, salmon, and scallops into bite-sized pieces.

Line a large bowl with cooking paper, wrap it like a bouquet, and layer the sushi rice. Arrange avocado, omelet, pickled ginger, and seafood decoratively on top. Tie the paper with a ribbon.
