  • Vegetables

    • 🍅 1 small tomato (130g)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp herb salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
  • Tomato Sauce Ingredients

    • 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp black pepper
    • đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the onion in half. Slice half into wedges and finely chop the other half. Microwave the chopped onion in a covered container for 1.5 minutes at 600W. Let cool and drain excess moisture. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.

Season both sides of the beef ribs with herb salt and black pepper.

Mix the diced tomato, chopped onion, and the tomato sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned beef ribs and cook until browned. Add the onion wedges and cook until softened, turning the beef occasionally for 3–4 minutes.

Plate the cooked beef and onion, then drizzle with the prepared tomato sauce.
