- 250g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 whole cabbage (1000g)

Cheese
- đź§€ 50g shredded pizza cheese
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- đź’§ 300ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Core the cabbage and boil it in a large pot until the outer leaves soften. Remove and cool in water. Peel off 8 leaves and repeat until all leaves are removed. Flatten the cabbage core with a rolling pin. Mince the onion.
Mix ground pork, minced onion, and meat mixture seasonings in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 4 portions.
Layer 2 cabbage leaves slightly overlapping, add 1/4 of the remaining cabbage and 1/4 of the meat mixture. Roll tightly to form a stuffed cabbage roll. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Place the rolls seam-side down in a pot. Add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Transfer rolls to a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese, and microwave uncovered at 600W for 30–40 seconds until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
